Search

Develop, promote, expand and market public awareness of the Twin City Area Labor Management Council's existence and its mission, goals and objectives.

Develop a membership strategy to maintain and sustain existing members, solicit new members and encourage active participation in all activities.

Initiate, promote and assist the development of labor management partnerships through labor management committees.

Continue the development of partnerships with the Minnesota Bureau of Mediation Services, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, Area/Industry Labor Management Councils and other organizations in developing and promoting economic development strategies.

Maintain an Executive Board of Directors that will reflect the diversity of the community and supports the Mission, Goals and Objectives of the Twin City Area Labor Management Council.

Secure financial resources to accomplish the Council's Mission, Goals and Objectives.
