FINANCE/FUNDRAISING
COMMITTEE
Meets to review the
financial condition of the organization; explore fundraising ideas and
activities; ensure cash match is being met for the State Grant; and develop
ideas for eventual financial independence.
EXECUTIVE BOARD
NOMINATIONS
Meets to discuss and
recommend new member prospects and also identifies new board member prospects.
Prepares nominating report for the Annual Conference.
PROGRAM PLANNING
Meets to recommend
speakers and topics for the organization’s Quarterly meetings and Breakfast
meetings. Also recommends topics and speakers for Board of Directors’
meetings as needed. Develops a follow-up to strategic planning sessions
and assists in planning the Annual Conference.
MEMBERSHIP
Meets to discuss and
assist in recruiting new members and encouraging current members to renew
membership to the organization.
EARL WILLFORD AWARD
Meets to review nominations
and select recipients of the Earl Willford Labor Management Cooperation
and Partnership Awards program which recognizes individuals and/or organizations
for their labor management accomplishments.
MARKETING/COMMUNICATION
Meets to identify
and implement ideas and opportunities for promoting the TCALMC and labor
management cooperation.
GOLF TOURNAMENT
Meets to identify,
plan and organize TCALMC’s Annual Golf Tournament.
